In the movie “Bride Wars,” starring Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway, the story revolves around two best friends since childhood who dream of having their weddings at the prestigious Plaza hotel. When both friends get engaged within a week of each other and book their weddings at the Plaza, a mix-up occurs, leading to both weddings being scheduled on the same day. The friends initially try to play nice but eventually engage in a war to sabotage each other’s weddings in an attempt to have them moved to different locations.
