The movie “Manjummel Boys” is based on a true incident from 2006 involving a group of friends from Manjummel near Kochi who go on a vacation to Kodaikanal. During their trip, one of the friends, Subhash, falls into a deep hole in the Guna Caves. The friends face challenges as they try to rescue him, including dealing with local authorities and the dangerous conditions of the cave. Ultimately, with bravery and determination, they manage to save Subhash after a dramatic rescue operation.
