The story unfolds in the Isale Eko neighborhood of Lagos, Nigeria, and revolves around three childhood friends—Obalola, Ify, and Gift—who navigate the harsh realities of life defined by crime and violence.

Plot Summary The film begins with a young Obalola witnessing the brutal murder of his father at the hands of political gangsters. This traumatic event sets the stage for his life in a world dominated by crime. As children, Obalola (played by Tobi Bakre), Ify (Chike), and Gift (Adesua Etomi) engage in petty thefts to survive. Their lives take a pivotal turn when they are taken under the wing of Nino (Tayo Faniran), a gang leader who becomes a father figure to Obalola.

However, tragedy strikes when Nino is murdered, leaving Obalola and his friends to work for Kazeem (Olarotimi Fakunle), a ruthless gang leader. As adults, they become embroiled in violent power struggles between rival gangs during an election season. The plot thickens when Kazeem frames Ify for a murder he committed, leading to Ify’s gruesome death.

Driven by revenge and loyalty to their fallen friend, Obalola and Gift embark on a bloody quest against Kazeem’s criminal empire. Throughout their journey, themes of ambition, betrayal, and the impact of poverty on personal choices are explored as they confront their pasts and seek justice for their loved ones.
