In the post-apocalyptic wasteland of Seoul, Nam-san, a relentless hunter, and his friend Choi Ji-wan, along with other survivors, struggle to survive in their village. Their lives take a dangerous turn when Su-na, a member of their community, is kidnapped by Dr. Yang Gi-su, a rogue scientist conducting illegal experiments to make humans immortal using a deadly serum. This serum has caused the deaths of many teenagers.
Dr. Gi-su needs more resources for his experiments and has been luring teenagers to his camp in an apartment complex. Nam-san, Ji-wan, and Lee Eun-ho, a military sergeant from the camp, uncover Gi-su’s horrifying experiments and set out to rescue Su-na. It is revealed that Gi-su has been trying to revive his deceased daughter So-yeon since the time Seoul turned into a wasteland.
The trio confronts mutant soldiers at Gi-su’s camp while trying to save Su-na. In the chaos that follows, Gi-su accidentally kills So-yeon while attempting to escape with her body. A mob surrounds Gi-su as he shoots at them in desperation, leading to his demise at the hands of Nam-san. The survivors return to their village with Su-na and Ji-wan after the ordeal.
